
Product Overview
The GCK withdrawable switchgear is suitable for locations such as power plants, metallurgical rolling mills, petrochemical facilities, light industry textile mills, ports and docks, and hotels and buildings. It is used for power distribution and motor control in AC three-phase four-wire or five-wire systems with a voltage of 400V and a frequency of 50Hz. The frame is assembled using 8MF section steel. Each functional unit is relatively independent. The drawer mechanism utilizes a lever advancement system, ensuring interchangeability between identical units and improving power supply reliability.
Product Features
The main frame adopts C-section steel with a standard modular design (module size 25mm). Components have strong versatility, and internal installation is flexible and convenient.
Heat dissipation during operation is fully considered in the cabinet design. Multiple cooling slots are provided at both the top and bottom, creating a natural ventilation duct from bottom to top within the enclosed cabinet to achieve heat dissipation.
The functional compartments of the unit are isolated from each other, divided into the functional unit chamber, busbar chamber, and cable chamber, each with relatively independent functions.
The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, facilitating the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. Lifting lugs are installed at the four top corners for hoisting and transportation.

The GCK withdrawable switchgear is widely used as a low-voltage complete distribution device for power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems with AC 50-60Hz, a rated operating voltage of up to 660V, and a rated current of up to 4000A. Its applications include Power Centers (PC) and Motor Control Centers (MCC) in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings.
