Product Overview

The GCS withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems in industries such as power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, and high-rise buildings. It serves as a low-voltage complete distribution device for power distribution, motor control, and reactive power compensation in power supply systems with three-phase AC 50/60 Hz, a rated operating voltage of 400V, and a rated current up to 6300A. The unit adopts a standard modular design, with each functional unit being relatively independent. The drawers slide smoothly and reliably, ensuring interchangeability between identical units and improving power supply reliability.

Product Features

The main frame adopts C-section steel with a standard modular design (module size 25mm), providing strong structural versatility and flexible internal assembly.

The structural design is compact, accommodating more functional units within a smaller space.

Heat dissipation during operation is fully considered in the cabinet design. Multiple cooling slots are provided at both the top and bottom, creating a natural ventilation duct from bottom to top within the enclosed cabinet to achieve heat dissipation.

The functional compartments of the unit are isolated from each other, divided into the functional unit chamber, busbar chamber, and cable chamber, each with relatively independent functions.

The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, facilitating the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. Lifting lugs are installed at the four top corners for hoisting and transportation.

Equipped with interlocking functions, self-switching function, and maintenance status function.

Supports multiple operation modes (optional).

Equipped with communication functions: The system can be equipped with an RS485 or RS232 communication interface, supporting the MODBUS communication protocol (optional).
